Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Over the moon service!

We recently purchased and installed a gas fireplace insert through Berkeley Heat, and it was a smooth, flawless transaction from start to finish.

The very first day we walked into their showroom close to closing time, Nick went above and beyond by staying late to walk us through the different models. He was incredibly patient and worked diligently to keep everything within our budget.

The installer, Moises, and his team were absolutely amazing. They were highly professional, and the finished fireplace looks incredibly sleek! What truly blew us away, though, was their integrity. After the initial installation, Moises didn't feel 100% satisfied with how one element sat. Instead of just leaving it, he took the initiative to come back out and spend another four hours correcting it to perfection.

That tells you exactly what kind of team you are dealing with here. If something isn't completely right, they have the conscience and professionalism to come back and make it perfect. They won't just leave you high and dry to rush off to the next job.

I would highly recommend Berkeley Heat to anyone. Great prices, a quality product, and unmatched customer service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Berkeley heat team generously referred me to their builders they worked with even though I didn’t buy a sauna from them. This did an amazing job installing the auroom Mira kit so I wanted to leave a positive review for both the Berkeley heat team and the builders (Vadim and Roman) who were awesome, highly detail oriented, and very thorough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had fireplaces installed from Berkeley heat in 2022. While it was a little tricky and took a while to get the right parts, the end result was fantastic.

They also were wonderful with service a few years later when a piece got damaged.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We got our hot tub last year form BH. We had a smooth experience with all our questions answered. They recommended installers and an electrician. I've been in a few times the past year with random questions and they are always cool to answer(eventho they are quite busy). I recently had a part that snapped off(a mystery) and they just handed me a new part that installed myself. easy peasy.
